Built around a two-week campaign in the fall, ZENON employees have the opportunity to contribute to the United Way and direct funds towards programs and services that really matter to them personally, with the knowledge that ZENON is also supporting this program.
  • Children's Teams
This category includes children's teams where a child of a ZENON employee is participating, or a ZENON employee is coaching. • Global Projects (Water for Humanity)
As part of ZENON's commitment to providing water for the world, a major charity project is undertaken every third year known as "Water for Humanity". This program began with the Bear Island project in 1999 and the Vietnam project in 2002.

For 2005, we have chosen to move forward with a water plant expansion in the village of Letsitele just outside of the City of Tzaneen in South Africa. Once complete the expansion, in conjunction with an infrastructure pipeline project that Rotary Clubs of Oakville will be supporting, will allow water to be delivered to an ever-increasing number of villages in the region. We anticipate that this project will benefit over 10,000 people in some 26 villages. For more information see Water for Humanity.
